Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 1 year experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, counseling, or business.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound connect activity to maintain communication with graduates.
• Provide guidance to students and graduates with professional standards.
• Coordinate resume prep, interview techniques, job search, and other development sessions.
• Collect graduate employment qualifications to tailor employment assistance.
• Provide One-on-One coaching sessions with students and graduates.
• Assist with job leads, resources, and online application support.
