The Coordinator will oversee personalized career coaching and support various career services events, contributing to student success.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has experience in higher education or event management, alongside strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience in higher education, program management, or event management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Creative and high-energy team player enthusiastic about supporting students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the CALS Alumni for Student Success (CASS) Career Coach program.
• Support career services events such as career fairs and networking events.
• Provide career coaching to students and alumni.
