Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in business, HR, or communications.
• 1 year of work experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, counseling, or business.
• Experience building community connections.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to customer service and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to maintain communication between graduates and the team.
• Provide guidance to students and graduates with professional standards.
• Coordinate resume preparation, interview techniques, job search, and development sessions.
• Collect employment criteria to determine appropriate employment assistance paths.
• Schedule One-on-One coaching sessions with students and graduates.
• Assist with job search efforts, provide leads and resources, and process job orders if applicable.
• Engage employers and communities to identify opportunities for students and graduates.
• Document activities and maintain accurate records in CampusVue.
• Maintain confidential student records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support student engagement activities and external externship duties.
• Participate in school events and master MS Office tools.
