Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking a Career Services Coach to deliver ongoing career development and employability coaching to students, graduates and alumni through classrooms, workshops, and one-on-one sessions. The role involves assessments and documenting progress in CampusVue, while collaborating with the Director of Career Services and other staff.

You will schedule mock interviews, provide resume writing assistance and job search guidance, and track graduate employment needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field with coursework in business, HR, or communications.
• Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or counseling is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and ongoing communications with graduates to support placement efforts.
• Provide resume writing, interview coaching, and job-search guidance to students and alumni.
• Coordinate scheduled career development sessions and assess progress using CampusVue documentation.
• Engage with employers to identify opportunities and support external partnerships.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
