The JCC of Staten Island seeks a Career Services Case Manager (Workforce) to support participants toward employment, education, and career goals within its Career Services Department.

You are a motivated, organized professional with experience in case management and workforce development, able to build trusting relationships and coordinate referrals to services. This is a full-time role with strong collaboration across community partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, counseling, education, workforce development, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in case management, workforce development, career coaching, employment services, or human services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, databases, and electronic case-management systems.
• Ability to engage diverse participants and build trust.

Aufgaben

• Conduct participant intake, eligibility screening, and comprehensive needs assessments.
• Develop individualized service plans based on each participant’s goals.
• Provide ongoing case management, career coaching, and motivational support.
• Assist participants with résumé development, job applications, and interview preparation.
• Connect participants to employment opportunities, training, programs, benefits, and services.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case notes and participant files.
• Enter and update participant information in required databases.
