Job summary

• Ability to enter data into multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer data into assessment systems and manage files.
• Administer and monitor assessments and post-training tests.
• Review results and communicate findings to customers and case managers.
• Maintain confidential participant files and progress in data systems.
• Develop internal reports, engagement strategies, and referrals.
• Provide vocational advising based on assessments and eligibility.
