Job summary

County of Weld is seeking an Education and Resource Coordinator to support individuals in building skills for employment using computer-based learning tools and one-on-one assistance. You will administer assessments, track progress, and guide participants toward education or employment goals in person at the Greeley campus.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently within department hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in education or human services.
• Experience in human services or workforce programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer users into the applicable assessment system.
• Administer and oversee assessments and testing in the Learning Center.
• Review results and communicate information to customers and case managers.
• Maintain confidential files and data in the management system.
• Develop internal reporting, engagement strategies, and referrals.
