Qualifications

• Experience in training, education, workforce development or career development.
• Experience developing and formatting resumes; CPRW credential is a plus.
• Knowledge of instructional design for online courses and workshops.
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals and maintain a positive professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coaching to jobseekers enrolled in WIOA, JFES, and grant programs.
• Facilitate career readiness and credentialing workshops.
• Collaborate with Employment Services Coordinator, Career Advisors, and Program Managers to support participant success and program outcomes.
• Record participant services and track enrollment, attendance, and credential attainment.
• Assist participants with online course registration, credential enrollment, and troubleshooting related to credentialing platforms.
• Facilitate online learning center classes and AI-powered resume workshops.
