Responsibilities

• Provide intensive employment case management and career planning.
• Assist participants with resume building, interviewing skills, and job search strategies.
• Maintain caseloads and document progress in CaseWorthy.
• Coordinate referrals to partner agencies for supportive services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and program policies.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed.
