Job summary

BakerRipley is hiring an Employment and Human Services Associate to support SNAP E&T participants in finding sustainable employment. You will assess eligibility, craft Employment Plans, and link clients with education, training, and job opportunities that fit local labor market needs.

Work with partners and community resources to remove barriers such as transportation and childcare, while ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements and maintaining detailed documentation of progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR at least six months of experience and transferrable skills may be substituted for each 15 hours of college credit up to two years OR four years of experience working at Workforce Solutions and a recommendation from current or most recent supervisor.
• Experience with career management strategies and job search processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eligibility assessments to determine participant needs.
• Develop tailored Employment Plans aligned with goals and local labor market demand.
• Connect participants to education, training, and work opportunities.
• Partner with Third-Party Providers and community resources for seamless service delivery.
• Remove barriers through supportive services like transportation and childcare.
• Maintain precise documentation and track participant progress.
• Collaborate across teams to advance workforce development initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 6 months experience substituted for 15 hours of college credit up to two years or four years of experience
