• Designs, coordinates, and improves employee development pathways.
• Manages day-to-day program operations, enrollment, and progression tracking.
• Develops and maintains Career Pathway frameworks and competency models.
• Collaborates with Operations, Clinical, Employee Experience, Learning Technology, and People Operations teams.
• Identifies opportunities to expand pathway offerings.
• Analyzes participation data and implements continuous improvements.
• Maintains program documentation and reporting.
