Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-8 years of experience in benefits administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day benefits administration and service delivery.
• Supervises Benefits Coordinators and team members.
• Oversees health, welfare, retirement and wellbeing programs.
• Manages Benefits ServiceNow queue and SLAs.
• Guides benefit plan administration with vendors and brokers.
• Partners with Employee Experience Managers on support models.
• Ensures compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA and SECURE Act.
