Qualifications

• Two years of experience in career advisement and development
• Workshop facilitation and developing workforce curriculum
• Public speaking and content development
• Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts

• Understanding of diverse occupations and career paths

Responsibilities

• Build one-on-one relationships with clients to aid in employment
• Provide case management and follow-up
• Conduct client orientation and coordinate with schools and management
• Facilitate professional development workshops
• Maintain client records and ensure documentation accuracy
• Provide assessments and referrals to community services
• Complete enrollment documentation and post-placement contacts
• Develop program reports and data collection for funding
• Coordinate workshops and classroom offerings across centers
• Collaborate with business services to align job opportunities with trainings
• Design and implement process improvements with leadership
• Provide operational support and intake services
• Support compliance with standards
• Other duties as assigned
