Equus Workforce Solutions in the United States is seeking a client services and program coordination professional to help clients obtain and sustain employment. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, conducting orientations, documenting interactions, and coordinating workshops.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in career advisement, strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in education, social services, healthcare or communications.

Formación

• Two years of experience in career advisement and development, workshop facilitation, and curriculum design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and document visits and contacts.
• Professional understanding of a wide range of occupations and career paths.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in education, social services, healthcare and/or communications.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain one-on-one client relationships to remove employment barriers.
• Provide case management, follow-up, and required documentation.
• Coordinate orientation and collaborate with schools, managers, and staff.
• Lead and facilitate professional development workshops.
• Maintain organized client databases and accurate case notes.
• Assist in program reports and placement data collection.
• Collaborate with business services to identify available jobs and training needs.
• Support compliance standards and intake services as needed.
