Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America. This role supports Out of School Youth re-entry, managing caseloads, coordinating workshops, and collaborating with business services to connect participants with opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field and minimum two year’s work experience in related field; high school diploma with 3 years related experience may be considered.
• Strong in facilitation, public speaking, and guided learning.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead learning processes and relate to diverse populations.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
• Strong communication and knowledge about community resources and industries in the area is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Current valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management focusing on Out of School Youth re-entry into employment.
• Maintain accurate information in multiple databases reflecting participant histories and services.
• Manage ongoing caseload and assist job seekers in retaining employment based on skills and interests.
• Create and update participant plans and progress toward goals.
• Schedule and conduct workshops, webinars, and Job Readiness activities.
• Coordinate with Business Services on online learning activities and monitor progress.
• Administer Pre/Post-test assessments and assess skills, aptitudes, and abilities.
• Research and deliver job coaching, mentorship, and support services as needed.
