Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2+ years related experience (or HS diploma with 3+ years).
• Strong facilitation, public speaking, and guided learning.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead learning processes with diverse populations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and knowledge about community resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management to help Out of School Youth re-enter employment.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain information in multiple databases.
• Manage ongoing caseload and assist job seekers in retaining employment.
• Create and update employment plans for participants.
• Schedule and conduct workshops, webinars, and other job readiness activities.
• Coordinate with Business Services on online learning activities and progress.
• Administer Pre/Post-test assessments.
• Conduct assessment of skills, aptitudes and abilities.
• Deliver job coaching and mentorship as needed to overcome barriers.
• Develop rapport with participants to explore career options and portfolios.
• Work individually or in groups to solve employment issues.
