Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Youth Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with disconnected or vulnerable youth populations.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and group facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and youth-centered service models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and needs assessments with youth participants.
• Develop action plans that reflect client goals related to employment, education, and skill development.
• Facilitate youth-focused workshops and job readiness activities.
• Provide mentorship and encouragement to promote sustained participation.
• Refer participants to supportive services including mental health, housing, or childcare as needed.
• Monitor progress toward goals and update service plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in case management systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external youth service providers to maximize available resources.
