Responsibilities

Provide employment services and support to young adults (16-24).
Prepare and maintain participant documentation in compliance with regulations.
Assess participant needs to create individualized education and employment goals.
Develop relationships with participants and community members through effective communication.
Ensure timely communications of opportunities and coach for goal attainment and retention.
Assist in workshops, orientation, life skills, and front desk coverage.
Engage in team meetings and trainings to promote development and achieve metrics.
Initiate community outreach to increase program visibility and coordination with partners.
