San Diego Youth Services seeks a Career Navigator to support 16-24 year olds in the TAY Works! program. This full-time, temporary role is based in San Diego and reports to the Program Manager.

The CN will conduct intake, assessments, and individualized planning, coordinating education, employment, and supportive services, with field work and a coffee shop component. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in workforce development, preferably with at-risk youth.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Complete intake and enrollment assessments to develop service plan goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in Apricot and spreadsheets.
• Transport participants as needed to support employment goals.
• Facilitate group and individual workshops for participants.
• Manage a caseload of 50 youth and provide ongoing engagement.
