Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions seeks a Career Navigator to provide integrated workforce development and coaching for TANF and SNAP E&T participants. You will conduct assessments, create IEPs, and guide clients toward employment, education, and supportive services.

You will collaborate with partners, track progress, and maintain records to ensure successful outcomes and program compliance. This is an on-site position in Texas with strong emphasis on client-centered service.

Responsibilities

• Provide career coaching and case management for TANF/SNAP E&T participants.
• Develop Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress and outcomes.
• Assist with job search, resume building, interview prep, and career readiness.
• Address barriers to employment through referrals and coordinated services.
• Connect participants to training, education, and labor-market aligned opportunities.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation to ensure program compliance.
