Job summary

Aspiranet in Camarillo, CA is hiring a TAY Case Manager/Life Youth Coach to provide case management and supportive housing services for up to 12 young adults aged 18–25 transitioning from foster care to independent living. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to empower youth through housing, employment, education, and wellness supports.

The role emphasizes client-centered, trauma-informed practices and ongoing assessment, referrals, and safety planning to close gaps in transition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of experience working with children and/or transition age youth; knowledge of the foster care system.
• Meets state required conditions of employment (fingerprint and child abuse clearance, TB/health, and driving record).

Responsibilities

• Engage Youth and support team to develop and implement a service plan.
• Provide weekly case contact and support to assess program compliance, regulatory standards, and progress.
• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify needs and safety issues and arrange timely referrals and safety planning.
