Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions seeks a Lead Career Navigator to lead and develop a team of Career Navigators, ensuring high-quality workforce services. The role reports to the Project Director and requires coaching, performance management and strong customer service focus.

Exempt position in Tulsa area with a salary in the mid-range. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in staffing or workforce development, plus excellent communication and data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree as specified.
• Experience: 2+ years in staffing, recruiting or workforce development.
• Skills: strong communication, customer service and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and technical guidance to Career Navigators to meet goals.
• Coordinate activities to ensure customer and staff needs are met or exceeded.
• Manage personnel processes: hiring, performance reviews and development.
• Address difficult situations using Extreme Customer Service.
• Oversee training needs and approve timecards, PTO, and leave.
• Participate in quality improvement groups and committees.
