Dynamic Workforce Solutions seeks a Lead Career Navigator to provide leadership, coaching, and technical expertise to Career Navigators delivering integrated workforce planning services. You will oversee performance, participate in staff development, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Based in Central OK, this role emphasizes extreme customer service, staff coordination, and adherence to program policies while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development with data systems experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with computer systems for data entry and data review.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and technical assistance to Career Navigators to meet performance and quality goals.
• Coordinate activities of Career Navigators to ensure customer and Center needs are met or exceeded.
• Manage personnel processes for assigned staff in collaboration with Project Director, including hiring, development, and evaluations.
• Handle difficult situations for customers and staff using Extreme Customer Service.
