Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions seeks a Lead Career Navigator to provide leadership, coaching, and technical expertise for Career Navigators delivering workforce planning services in Tulsa, OK. The role reports to the Project Director and drives performance and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise personnel, handle hiring and development, approve timecards, and ensure high-quality service delivery within an exempt, full-time structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years' experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service abilities.
• Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provides coaching and technical assistance to Career Navigators to help meet performance and quality goals.
• Coordinates activities of Career Navigators to ensure customer, provider, and Center needs are met or exceeded.
• Manages personnel functions for assigned staff in collaboration with Project Director, including hiring, development, performance review, and disciplinary actions.
• Solves complex customer and staff issues using Extreme Customer Service principles.
• Identifies staff training needs and oversees implementation of solutions.
• Reviews timecards and leave requests, and approves exit checklists.
• Reviews and approves supportive services and incentives; collaborates on quality improvement.
• Participates in work groups and committees to evaluate customer needs and improve services.
