Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions (DWFS) seeks a Lead Career Navigator to provide leadership, coaching and technical expertise for a team of Career Navigators delivering integrated workforce planning services. The role emphasizes customer service excellence and staff development within the center.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years in staffing, recruiting or workforce development, plus strong communication and data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Human Resources, Communications, Business or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum two years of staffing, recruiting, or workforce development experience; familiarity with data entry and data review required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Career Navigators to meet performance and quality goals.
• Coordinate activities to meet the needs of customers, providers and the Center, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee personnel management for assigned staff, including hiring, development, performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Address complex situations using Extreme Customer Service principles and teamwork.
• Identify staff training needs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Approve timecards, PTO requests and leave; manage exit checklists and service approvals.
• Collaborate with management to evaluate quality results and implement improvements.
• Participate in work groups to assess customer needs and implement new strategies.
