Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Career Navigator for our Oklahoma City location. This full-time, non-exempt role involves providing integrated workforce planning and employment services to career center customers, developing individualized plans, and connecting participants with jobs, training, and resources.

The successful candidate will conduct client interviews, coach job seekers, maintain detailed case notes, collaborate with service providers, and help participants overcome

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy including ability to use the Internet and Microsoft Office.
• Keyboarding skills mandatory.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers to assess ongoing service needs and explore employment opportunities.
• Coach customers to present themselves effectively and achieve placement.
• Provide career advisement including development of employment plans and referrals to jobs or training.
• Perform visits to customers' homes, training sites, or employment locations.
• Develop and implement service plans, coordinate provider activities, and maintain case records.
• Provide ongoing case management and liaison between customers and service providers.
