You will interview clients, coach them through placement, develop employment plans, and maintain ongoing case management while upholding our Extreme Customer Service

Qualifications

• Customer/client focus and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing needs.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviews customers to assess service needs and explore employment opportunities.
• Coaches customers to present themselves as candidates and obtain placement.
• Develops individual employment/placement plans and referrals to training or jobs.
• Performs home or site visits and supports program requirements.
• Maintains case notes and reports to document interactions and outcomes.
