Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Career Navigator to provide integrated workforce planning and employment services at the Green Country location in Tahlequah, OK. You will work with jobseekers to develop plans, connect them with training, and help employers find talent.

The role requires strong customer service, coaching, and documentation skills, with occasional travel as needed to support clients and partners. A valid driver’s license is preferred for home visits and site coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service to diverse populations.
• Ability to develop and manage individual employment plans.
• Strong communication and written case notes in automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Interviews customers to assess service needs and employment opportunities.
• Coaches customers to prepare for placement and training.
• Develops and implements individual employment plans and referrals.
• Maintains accurate case notes and generates reports.
• Coordinates with service providers and manages a caseload.
• Provides ongoing guidance to help participants retain employment.
• Ensures inclusive services and equitable access.
