Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, Social Work or Liberal Arts preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to document clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to build partnerships with local employers and community orgs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate intake and orientation with safety practices
• Serve as liaison between participants and worksites
• Case manage training programs and assist with goals
• Meet monthly goals for participants placed and certified
• Provide counseling, training, and career guidance
• Travel to sites to support participant services
