Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Counseling, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in workforce development or career counseling preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with diverse populations and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, intake, assessments, and individualized service planning.
• Provide one-on-one and group career counseling, pre-employment workshops, and job readiness training.
• Connect participants with supportive services, training programs, and community resources.
• Develop employer partnerships to identify job openings and promote participant placement.
• Assist participants with job search, applications, interviews, and follow-up for job retention.
• Maintain participant records and ensure program confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with staff and workforce partners to improve outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and agency initiatives.
