Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree, or three years of work experience in case management/human services or related experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess jobseekers and determine the most appropriate path to return to work.
• Provide enrollment eligibility determinations and complete required documentation.
• Build professional relationships to assist in removing employment barriers.
• Provide referrals to One Stop services and related agencies when needed.
• Guide jobseekers through individualized employment plans based on goals.
• Maintain organized customer files and detailed case progress notes.
