Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of directly related experience in talent development, instructional design, executive or group facilitation, and enterprise learning program management.
• Career Development & Pathways Expertise: understanding non-linear career navigation and competency models.
• Consultative & Diagnostic Capability: ability to identify root-cause skill gaps and translate needs into learning solutions.
• Facilitation & Coaching skills with ability to engage diverse non-management audiences.
• Instructional Design & Adult Learning: knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum design.
• Data-Driven & Analytical Mindset: define KPIs and evaluate program ROI.
• Stakeholder & Relationship Management: collaborate across HR and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage organization-wide career development and skill-building initiatives for all non-people-manager employees.
• Identify core competencies, future-oriented skills and growth behaviors; build structured learning journeys and toolkits.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and internal mobility; ensure career growth frameworks align with UCSF mission and values.
