Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervises staff, plans day-to-day tasks, sets priorities and assigns work.
• Coordinates client services and referrals for TANF/TEP programs.
• Develops partnerships with employers and training providers to enhance service delivery.
• Monitors performance and ensures program compliance and quality services.
