Tallahassee State College (TSC) in Walton CI, DeFuniak Springs, FL, is hiring a full-time, grant-funded Career Development Specialist. The role delivers the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program and related Department programs, with duties including assessment administration and documentation.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s Degree or a high school diploma with two years’ work in workforce development, social services, or corrections, and is proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Formación

• Associate's Degree or high school diploma with two years' experience in workforce development, social services, or corrections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Bonus points if you have an Associate's Degree and one year of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Administration and interpretation of assessments.
• Delivery of the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program curriculum.
• Delivery of other programs as determined by the Department.
• Maintaining and providing documentation of services delivered.
• Reporting monthly attendance, program enrollments, and completions on the Department's form DC5-149.
• Assisting Pre-Release Employment Navigators with hiring events, mock interviews, and job readiness activities.
