Job summary

MonDay Community Correctional Institute seeks a Career Development Coordinator to facilitate career development, employment, vocational, educational, and community-based programming for residents. Qualifications

• Ability to prepare routine reports and statistics accurately.
• Experience in employment, vocational training, career development, or related field preferred.
• CDCA certification or ability to obtain CDCA within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain internal job training programs.
• Facilitate Employment Readiness classes and orientation for residents.
• Coordinate GED and TABE testing activities and document progress.
• Maintain community service sites, orientation, and referrals to services.
• Assist with volunteers and volunteer orientation including PREA.
