Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or high school diploma plus two years of professional experience in workforce development, social services or corrections field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry are required.

Responsibilities

• Administration and interpretation of assessments.
• Delivery of the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program curriculum and other programs as determined by the Department.
• Maintain and provide documentation of services delivered.
• Report monthly attendance, program enrollments, and completions on the Department’s DC5-149 form.
• Provide information on pre-release connections for inmate release planning.
• Assist with hiring events, mock interviews, and readiness portfolio development.
