Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or a high school diploma.
• Two (2) years of professional experience in workforce development, social services, or corrections.
• Bonus points for an Associate’s Degree and one year of experience in social services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret assessments.
• Deliver the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program curriculum.
• Provide documentation of services delivered.
• Assist the Pre-Release Employment Navigators with hiring events.
