Qualifications

• Understanding housing stability and transportation impact on employment.
• Knowledge of probation/parole supervision frameworks and safety.
• Ability to educate employers on risk mitigation and negotiate wages.

Responsibilities

• Employer & workforce network development: Cultivate a statewide network of fair‑chance employers and partners.
• Job readiness & barrier resolution: Map career plans to stabilization needs like housing and transportation.
• Pre‑Release facility coordination: Align training with post‑release opportunities inside facilities.
• Supervision alignment & schedule clearance: Coordinate with employers and probation/parole officers on schedules.
• Retention tracking & outcome analysis: Monitor 30/90/180‑day retention and wage growth.
