Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of pre-employment services and career opportunities.
• Coordinate expungement information and referrals for participants.
• Assist participants with resume writing, interview skills, job search and placement.
• Collaborate with area employers to create employment opportunities.
• Maintain participant files and progress notes; ensure program compliance.
• Provide guidance on incentives and program requirements; liaise with the Program Director.
