Tallahassee State College is offering a full-time, grant-funded Career Development Specialist position (P07816) with the Department of Corrections Region III at Lowell Correctional Institution Annex. You will support Compass 100 Hybrid and in-cell assignments for eligible participants under direction of the Lead Educator, focusing on workforce reentry planning.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree (or high school diploma) with 2 years of relevant experience and strong Microsoft

Qualifications

• Associate degree + 2 years of relevant experience in workforce development, social services or corrections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret assessments.
• Deliver the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program curriculum.
• Maintain and document services delivered.
