Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions in Caldwell, Idaho seeks a dedicated staffer to guide job seekers and manage cases focused on WIOA eligibility and employment outcomes. You will coordinate trainings, provide labor market information, and connect participants with subsidized employment opportunities.

You will maintain confidential information, collaborate with community resources, and report on program progress weekly and monthly.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and basic IT tasks.
Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide career guidance and counseling to job seekers, including those eligible for WIOA.
Deliver detailed case management to prepare customers for employment and self-sufficiency.
Assist with attendance at trainings and job-search activities to maintain eligibility.
Coordinate supportive services such as childcare and transportation and track funds.
Develop community resources and maintain contacts to assist program goals.
Provide labor market information to customers and track outcomes.
Ensure contract deliverables and individual goals are met.
Outreach employers and non-profits to place participants in subsidized employment.
Follow-up progress in subsidized employment and submit payroll information.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress and expenditure reports.
