Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and provide counseling and mentoring.
• Assess competencies, work history, education, skills, and abilities to identify barriers.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings for job search, education, and retention.
• Create individualized employment plans and track progress toward goals.
• Maintain information on area resources and employers and coordinate referrals.
