Qualifications

• Minimum of three plus years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Review case files to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Perform case management, eligibility and data entry duties for customers.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance plans.
• Compile data for reporting progress of programs.
• Conduct trainings and orientations.
• Recommend corrective actions and implement action plans.
