Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions in Wisconsin leads the FSET program and seeks a Lead Career Adviser who will mentor staff, coach teams, and ensure high-quality, participant-centered services. You will oversee assessments, employability plans, and service delivery while supporting staff through onboarding, training, and ongoing development to help participants

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• At least 3 years in workforce development or related areas.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading staff.
• Strong data analysis and use of performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to case management staff.
• Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and ongoing professional development activities.
• Lead team meetings, case staffing sessions, and performance discussions.
• Ensure assessments, employability plans, and service delivery align with program requirements.
• Monitor participant engagement, retention, and employment outcomes; drive improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and support compliance activities.
