Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, human resources, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience in career coaching/counseling with diverse adult populations.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work independently or on a team.
• Aligned with Rev. Edgar Helm's faith-based social enterprise model.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants in developing long-term career plans and goals using assessments.
• Help clients locate and apply for jobs, including résumé writing and interview preparation.
• Organize and conduct group workshops on resumes, interviewing, and career development.
• Build relationships with local employers for job leads, externships, and networking.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
