Responsibilities

• Assist participants with activities designed to prepare individuals to be successful in obtaining and retaining employment.
• Complete orientation and enrollment activities with participants.
• Provide referrals to community resources to assist individuals overcome barriers to employment.
• Maintain participant records and reports with confidentiality.
• Coordinate enrollment, placement, and attendance for individuals referred for community service activities.
• Promote and recruit individuals for various Job Connections services.
