Job summary

Career Team LLC is seeking a Career Advisor to deliver professional career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services in a fully onsite role at our Elizabethtown, KY location. The position supports registered customers within the One-Stop system and requires data entry, eligibility determinations, and development of Individual Employment Plans.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills, plus a valid driver’s license and a dedication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of work experience in training, counseling, case management, or related services.
• 1+ years of case management experience and ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.
• 1+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets).
• 1+ years of teamwork, strong communication, and professionalism.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management services to enrolled customers within the One-Stop system.
• Conduct intake and eligibility determination and assess jobseekers’ training needs.
• Guide clients through Individual Employment Plans (IEP) to meet occupational goals.
• Counsel clients on job opportunities, training programs, and services available.
• Complete ITA vouchers and other required program documents.
• Refer clients to appropriate services and track outcomes.
• Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and group presentations for clients.
