Job summary

Educational Data Systems, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Career Development Specialist to provide individualized career development, case management, and community-based support in Pennsylvania. You will coordinate workforce services, document progress, and ensure WIOA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized assessments to identify barriers, develop IEPs and career development plans.
• Determine WIOA eligibility and complete enrollment and program documentation.
• Provide bilingual career development and coordinate referrals with community and workforce partners.
• Coordinate participant activities, workshops, training and employment-related services; address attendance and participation challenges.
• Maintain timely, accurate, confidential participant records and case notes.
• Collaborate with staff and funding agencies to coordinate services and participant support.
• Monitor progress to achieve program goals and performance measures.
