Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Summit is seeking a dedicated Career Coach to join the Parkersburg Mission Services team. This full-time role focuses on program management of career coaching, coordinating training activities for students and clients, and providing on-site support.

You will work with employers and clients to set expectations, document progress, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Evening and weekend hours may be required, and a valid driver's license with reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred in Human Services or related field.
• Two or more years of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; able to learn client tracking system.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving history.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage career coaching programming and coordinate training activities for clients.
• Provide case management for clients receiving placement services.
• Liaise between employers and clients; maintain communication with the Employment Specialist and team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain case notes and attend staff meetings; provide progress reports.
