Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley is seeking a dedicated professional to provide case management and support services aimed at helping participants maintain employment and improve quality of life.

You will develop curricula, deliver job readiness training, and mentor participants while coordinating referrals and maintaining detailed records. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and independent work to support participants and employers alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service related field.
• Two years’ experience in vocational assessment, disability population, job placement skills, and/or case management preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources and understanding of employer needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a curriculum plan for service delivery.
• Provide participants with training, job-readiness, and social skills.
• Act as a resource, guide, mentor to participants.
• Assist participants to maintain employment and improve quality of life.
• Assess referrals and establish candidacy.
• Coordinate referrals with Goodwill staff.
• Develop and coordinate written plans with participants.
• Maintain activity reports and case records.
• Link participants to community resources as needed.
• Advocate for and represent participants with employers and organizations.
• Provide job development and retention services.
• Maintain contact with participants and employer (face-to-face preferred).
• Independently work non-traditional hours to support employment.
• Refer and coordinate internal referrals when outside funding/referral is unavailable.
• Provide data for Quality Assurance to track outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
